NHIA CEO pays an unannounced visit to La District office
The Chief Executive Officer of the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA), Dr Victor Bampos, has conducted an unannounced visit to the Authority’s La District Office in Accra.
During the early morning inspection at 8:00 a.m., Dr. Bampos expressed satisfaction after finding the full complement of staff already at post and actively attending to clients.
He described the development as a reflection of the proactive and responsive service culture the Authority seeks to promote nationwide.
“This is the kind of Authority and Scheme we want to have — proactive, responsive, and serving the needs of our clients at all times,” he noted.
Dr. Bampos commended the La District Manager, Naa Dei Kotey, as well as staff members, including Rhoda and Esther, for their dedication to duty.
He also extended his appreciation to NHIA staff across the country for their continued commitment to service delivery.
The NHIA CEO emphasised that the Authority remains focused on supporting the vision of John Dramani Mahama to achieve Universal Health Coverage in the shortest possible time.
