The National Chairman of the governing National Democratic Congress (NDC), Johnson Asiedu Nketia, will receive a warm welcome from party members and supporters in the Hohoe Constituency of the Volta Region today, Tuesday, October 14, 2025, as part of his regional engagement tour.
The event, which will take place at the Global Evangelical Church, Agape, Hohoe and will begin promptly at 8:00 a.m., drawing together constituency executives, branch leaders, youth groups, and members of the public.
Chairman Asiedu Nketia’s visit formed part of ongoing efforts by the NDC leadership to strengthen grassroots structures, energise local support, and prepare the party for upcoming national and parliamentary elections.
Party leaders from the Volta Region are expected to use the Chairman's engagement to reconnect with the base of the party and ensure that every constituency feels heard and represented in the party’s broader agenda for national development.
Chairman Nketia at the event will reaffirm the NDC’s dedication to unity, inclusiveness, and effective organisation at all levels of the party.
“The NDC remains committed to building a stronger, more united front as we work toward restoring hope and delivering progress for the Ghanaian people,” he stated.
