James Donovan, Co-founder and CEO of global business solutions provider ADEC Innovations, has met with Simon Madjie, Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC), to discuss the establishment of a Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) company in Ghana.

The meeting follows a successful feasibility study conducted by ADEC Innovations, signalling growing investor confidence in Ghana’s potential as a hub for high-value outsourcing services.

Mr. Donovan expressed strong optimism about Ghana’s prospects, noting that ADEC Innovations’ global footprint—spanning 22 countries across six continents—equips the company with the expertise and capacity to contribute meaningfully to the development of Ghana’s emerging Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and KPO sectors.

“We see Ghana as a strategic gateway into West Africa, with a young, educated workforce and strong policy support for digital transformation,” Donovan said.

GIPC CEO Simon Madjie welcomed the initiative, reaffirming the Centre’s commitment to fostering a business-friendly environment that makes Ghana a premier destination for foreign direct investment.

“We’re excited about ADEC Innovations’ interest and the potential it brings in terms of job creation, skills development, and technology transfer,” Madjie stated.

He added that the proposed investment aligns with Ghana’s broader digital economy agenda and its ambitions to become a competitive outsourcing destination in Africa.

He stressed that further engagements between ADEC Innovations and relevant stakeholders are expected in the coming weeks
