Commissioning of Royal Ghana Gold Refinery a dawn of new era for Ghana - Nat'l House of Chiefs President

Ogyeahoho Yaw Gyebi II, President of the National House of Chiefs, has praised the government for the inauguration of the Royal Ghana Gold Refinery.
He described the commissioning as a pivotal moment in Ghana’s journey toward economic independence and industrial progress.
In his remarks during the event on Thursday, August 8, Ogyeahoho Yaw Gyebi II highlighted the significance of the state-of-the-art facility, which has the capacity to refine up to 400 kilograms of gold per day.
He emphasised that this development not only sets a historic precedent but also charts a new course for Ghana's economic future.
The President of the National House of Chiefs expressed his admiration for the government's efforts in establishing the refinery.
He urged Ghanaians to embrace this milestone with enthusiasm and a collective spirit of determination.
The venerable chief further called on citizens to collaborate in making the Royal Ghana Gold Refinery a model of excellence.
