DVLA opens new office in Adentan, CEO expresses gratitude to all stakeholders
The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA) marked a major milestone yesterday with the official opening of its new office in Adentan in the Greater Accra Region, aimed at expanding services and improving access for residents in the area.
The opening ceremony was attended by staff, key stakeholders, and invited guests who gathered to witness the launch of the modern facility.
The event celebrated not only the expansion of DVLA’s footprint but also the continued commitment to efficient service delivery across the country.
In a statement following the event, DVLA Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Julius Neequaye Kotey, extended heartfelt appreciation to all who contributed to the success of the launch.
“On behalf of the entire organisation, I want to express my sincere gratitude to each and every one of you who contributed to the successful opening of our new Adentan office.
Your presence, support, and hard work made the event truly special and marked a significant milestone for us,” Mr. Kotey said.
He commended the efforts of staff who were involved in the planning and setup of the event, as well as those who joined to celebrate the achievement.
“The positive energy and enthusiasm in the room were palpable, and it was wonderful to share this important moment with you all,” he added.
The new Adentan office forms part of DVLA’s broader strategy to enhance accessibility and improve service delivery for Ghanaians, especially in fast-growing urban areas.
Mr. Kotey emphasised that the opening of the facility reflects the Authority’s ongoing growth and its dedication to serving the public more efficiently.
“We couldn’t have reached this point without your dedication. Thank you once again for being an integral part of our journey,” he concluded.
