Distinguished Touch announces progress in AB Liberty Heights construction to unveil ‘buy now pay monthly’ offer
Distinguished Touch, a property management company, says there has been progress in the construction of its prestigious AB Liberty Heights project in Accra.
Speaking to journalists at the site in Accra, Project Manager/Architect, Nicholas K. Owusu Ansah, explained that the foundation for the building is 100 percent completed, with over-site concrete of 6 inch thick also cast and completed.
“Columns for the first floor have all been erected to the specified height.
Partition walls for the ground floor have also been completed using 8 inch thick hollow concrete blocks.
Block work for the ground floor stands at 100 percent completion.
Formwork for the first floor beams and slab are yet to commence”, he added.
As part of the launch in November, the property management company unveiled a model called ‘buy now pay monthly’ to offer office spaces for businesses and apartment buildings for home buyers; and according to the Project Manager, the offer is still on.
According to him, the hybrid model is an opportunity that will ease the financial burden of Ghanaians by affording an early occupancy of the property within a short period of time after payment of the initial deposit.
“The ongoing AB Liberty Heights project is a modern facility designed with the needs of all stakeholders in mind.
It is located at East Legon, a prime area; and easily accessible by road transport.
Its prestigious location, coupled with the finest artistic design and moderate pricing, makes it one of the best offers in town and it is highly recommended for corporate institutions and individual businessmen and women,” he said.
He assured of his outfit’s desire to find sound and workable solutions to ensure that property ownership is made easy for all.
“The AB Liberty Heights is a secured and modern mixed-used commercial building with ample parking space.
The centre has a 24-hour on-site facility management and maintenance services, and it is within walking distance of major banks and multinational organisations in the area.
It is also easily accessible via public transport and is only a 10-minute drive from the Kotoka International Airport,” he concluded
