INSEAD graduates engage GIPC on Ghana’s investment opportunities

A delegation of ten distinguished graduates from INSEAD, one of the world’s leading business schools, has paid a courtesy call on the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC) as part of their business learning tour in Ghana.
The meeting, hosted by Dr. George Asafo-Agyei, Director of Monitoring, Evaluation and Outreach at GIPC, provided a platform for cross-cultural exchange and dialogue on potential investment opportunities.
Organised by the KAD Foundation, the visit was designed to deepen the graduates’ understanding of Ghana’s investment climate while exploring avenues for collaboration between international family business interests and Ghana’s economic development agenda.
In his remarks, Dr. Asafo-Agyei reaffirmed GIPC’s commitment to fostering a business-friendly environment for both local and foreign investors.
He highlighted agribusiness, renewable energy, digital technology, and infrastructure as key growth sectors, stressing that Ghana’s policies are geared towards supporting sustainable and impactful investments.
The INSEAD delegation expressed strong interest in Ghana’s strategic role within West Africa, noting the country’s potential for long-term partnerships and business expansion.
Programme Coordinator of the KAD Foundation, Ms. Gladys Senanu Cudjoe, commended GIPC for its openness and support, describing the engagement as an important step toward creating meaningful collaborations that benefit both Ghana and international investors.
