Jumping into online forex trading without proper training risky – Expert

Business
Forex Analyst and Director at Forex Training Academy, Lennis Glover

Even though everyone can benefit from the over $5.1-trillion daily market cap of the world forex market, untrained investors risk losing everything if they do not equip themselves with the requisite skills for raking in profit, a Forex Analyst and Director at Forex Training Academy, Lennis Glover, has admonished.

The professional trader who has over 15 years’ experience and tutors other traders, cautioned the public against joining the bandwagon of money-pumpers into online forex trades, without proper education and mentorship to help them master the skills in trade management.

The UK-trained Master Trainer at Forex Training Academy, who was a guest on Class91.3FM’s Executive Breakfast Show, told the host, Benjamin Akakpo, after a listener posed a question to him about the risks of online forex trading, that: “There is a risk associated to everything that we do”.

He maintained that there are effective strategies in dealing with every obstacle in every sector and the global financial market is no exception.

That is why, he noted, “You can’t be a practitioner in the medical field without getting the proper training to reduce risk, so, we believe that when you are properly trained, you actually reduce the risk [in online forex business]. There will be a bit of loss, which the biggest institutions also experience, but once you are well-educated [and] you gain more experience, you will be able to reduce the risk to a bare minimum”.

The quest for quality education in online forex trading resulted in the establishment of the Forex Training Academy at Osu, where Mr Glover said “we give proper education for you to understand how to approach the markets in a very precise way to reduce your risks”.

The centre, established in 2012, runs educational programmes, seminars, as well as consultancy and coaching sessions for over 8,000 people annually, in various countries across the globe, including the United Kingdom (UK), South Africa and Nigeria. It is organising its maiden two-day ‘World Forex Summit and Workshop’ which will be headlined by South Africa’s youngest millionaire forex trader, Sandile Shezi.

Other speakers scheduled for the programme are Dr Daniel Mckorley, CEO of the McDan Group of Companies and Mr Glover.

The first day of the summit, a free general conference with the speakers which addresses how to benefit from the over $5.1 trillion daily market cap of the world forex market with further discussions on the financial sector in Ghana and how to make legitimate extra-income through easy and simple methods online, will be held on 28 September 2019 at the PIWC Dome, ATTC, Kokomlemle in Accra and open to every member of the public who seeks information about investments.

The programme will start at 10 am and the attendees will have the opportunity to discover knowledge-gaining processes, tools and strategies to spot and avoid scams while maximising one’s profit in forex and other business ventures.

On the second day, a paid-for one-on-one interaction at the La Palm Royal Beach on 29 September 2019 will be an exclusive strategy-sharing period by Mr Shezi, which has ensured his meteoric rise to bag an estimated net worth of $2.3 million at age 27.

The first session will be from 10 am to 1 pm and the second session will take place from 2 pm to 5 pm.

Mr Shezi, the founder and CEO of Rivoltare, a financial markets library, hails from the dusty streets of Umlazi, a township in the South of Durban, South Africa. Mr Shezi is currently the head trader at Rivoltare with over 9 years of online trading experience.

The two-day financial markets ‘World Forex Summit and Workshop’ is open to entrepreneurs, investors, business owners, employees, government workers, individuals, groups and students who can subsequently enrol for tuition at Forex Academy and access various classes for beginners, intermediates and advanced traders.

The students have full access to opportunities for mentorship under Mr Glover, who has tutored over 1,400 individuals from Ghana, South Africa, Nigeria and other countries since 2012.
