The Managing Director of SIC Insurance PLC, James Agyenim-Boateng, on Wednesday led the company’s Executive Management team on a working visit to the Aflao Office in the Volta Region.

The visit forms part of ongoing regional engagement efforts aimed at strengthening collaboration and enhancing operational performance across the company’s branch network.

During an interaction with staff, Mr. Agyenim-Boateng emphasised the importance of teamwork, professionalism and delivering exceptional customer service as key pillars underpinning the company’s growth strategy.

He noted that consistent service excellence and a unified corporate culture remain central to consolidating SIC Insurance’s position within Ghana’s insurance industry.

Staff of the Aflao branch welcomed the leadership team and expressed appreciation for the direct engagement, describing the visit as a strong morale booster.
