Ayra Starr falls, admonishes Afrochella organisers to 'clean your stage'

Singer Ayra Starr has noted with displeasure her fall in the middle of her Afrochella performance.
According to her, the fall was avoidable and hurt.
Thus, the 'Rush' hitmaker has admonished the organisers of Afrochella to wipe their stage clean after each performance to ensure the safety of upcoming acts.
"Afrochella, next time y'all [you all] should clean your stage after every artist's performance," she tweeted.
"That fall was very unnecessary and painful," she bemoaned Thursday, December 29, 2022.
The Mavin signee has deleted the post. The reason is not known.
The fall took place while the Nigerian singer broke into a trot in her knee-high and high heel leather boots while on El Wak sports stadium stage.
She rose almost immediately and resumed performance of the hit 'Won Da Mo' by the Mavin collective. Rema's verse was playing.
Currently on her Twitter timeline is a funny take on the stage accident.
"I just hope my crush never sees that video of me falling [weeping emojis]," the 20-year-old said.
