Esther Smith returns to Ghana after 10 years; 'it feels amazing to be back home'

Gospel legend Esther Smith has been welcomed home with pomp and pageantry.
"It feels amazing to be back home, surrounded by the warmth and love of my people," she noted on Facebook, attaching pictures of the welcome she received at the Kotoka International Airport (KIA), Monday, August 13, 2024.

"I'm thrilled to reconnect with all of you in the coming days," the singer said, emphasising: "And as promised, I'm excited to announce that Esther Smith Live Concert is finally coming to Kumasi & Accra".
On Sunday, August 25, the Esther Smith Live Concert will take place at the Bantama Pentecost, Kumasi, Ashanti Region. The same event but with a different set of guest performers will take place in Accra at Perez Dome on Friday, August 30.
Collaborating with legendary singer-songwriter, composer and record producer Morris Babyface, Esther Smith's latest song is Nyame Banbo, a song that affirms God's protection.
