A young Ghanaian child has made headlines by securing a coveted spot in the Guinness World Records.
Ace Liam, a budding artist from Accra, attempted the record between January Thursday,18 and Saturday, 20 January 2024, marking a milestone achievement at a remarkably tender age.
The groundbreaking announcement was made public during a press conference held on Tuesday, 14 May 2024, where it was revealed that Ace Liam had successfully clinched the title of "Youngest artist (male)" in the Guinness World Records.
“We are thrilled to inform you that your application for Youngest artist (male) has been successful and you are now the Guinness World Records Title Holder!,” a confirmation letter from Guinness World Records read.
The mother mother of Ace Liam, Chantelle Eghan, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the people of Ghana for their unwavering support throughout her son's record-breaking journey.
“We are immensely grateful to Ghanaians for rallying behind Ace Liam during his record attempt. Their encouragement has been instrumental in his success,” she remarked.
Ace Liam's artistic journey commenced at an incredibly early age, with reports indicating that he began painting at just six months old.
His achievement surpasses that of the previous record holder, Dante Lamb, who attained the feat at the age of three back in 2003.
