Invite me to Jubilee House – Wendy Shay tells Akufo-Addo

Ghanaian Afropop songstress, Wendy Shay, has asked President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo to invite her to the presidency to discuss the creative industry.
The ‘Bedroom Commando’ said the President must meet and interact with female artistes just as he met dancehall artiste Shatta Wale at the Jubilee House.
She praised the President for the love shown the creative industry and pleaded with him to do more for the industry by involving Ghanaian female musicians in his activities.
She observed that the industry is not fair to Ghanaian female musicians, arguing that they are always left out.
Wendy Shay tweeted, “Dear @NAkufoAddo, we appreciate the love you’ve shown toward the creative arts. I plead that as you invited the King @shattawalegh same way you can invite the the Queen of Gh Music @wendyshaygh. The industry is not being fair to GH female Artist…We know you can help #GhWakeUp”.
