KiDi confident about sweeping 4 trophies but gingers fans to vote

Afrobeats superstar KiDi has asserted he is sure of winning four times at the May 10 Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMAs).

Competing this year with his megahit Lomo Lomo featuring Black Sherif, KiDi has nominations for Best Afrobeats/Afropop Artiste, Best Afrobeats Song, Collaboration of the Year, and Telecel Most Popular Song.

“No song should beat Lomo Lomo in ANY category! But I need you to vote, my loves,” the singer-songwriter and record producer said on X, adding a flyer with directions on how fans could vote for his envisioned victory.

The TGMAs Board has 40 per cent of voting power, while the remaining 60 per cent is shared equally among Academy and General Public.
