Network outage impacts DStv, GOtv service quality
DStv and GOtv have been impacted by the ongoing internet outage.
The entertainment brands have issued a statement, signed by their managing director, noting while the streaming challenges are “out of our control, we are working closely with internet providers to mitigate this where possible”.
The statement also provided customer care numbers for assistance where necessary.
The internet outage began on Thursday, March 14, 2024.

Dear customer,
Due to multiple outages on undersea cables, we are experiencing intermittent connectivity issues which has impacted your streaming experience, our call and payment options. While this is out of our control, we are working closely with internet providers to mitigate this where possible.
In the interim customers may visit our branches in Accra, Tema, Kumasi, Takoradi, Sunyani and Tamale to pay subscriptions, reconnect accounts and for speedy resolution of all challenges. Alternatively, customers may also visit our over 300 Accredited Dealer shops countrywide for assistance.
