Sinach becomes first African to top Billboard USA Christian song writers chart

Nigerian gospel artiste Sinach is number one on the Billboard USA Christian song writers chart.
She becomes the first African to top the chart.
This was revealed in a Twitter post by the ‘Way Maker’ singer on Tuesday, 5 May 2020.
Sinach, whose real name is Osinachi Joseph, tweeted: “So, apparently, we have been No.1 on billboard USA for Christian song writer for 7 weeks!! Look at God!! First Black person. First from Africa … So grateful to God!!” She tweeted.
Billboard USA is the industry’s standard record chart for weekly published songs by the Billboard Magazine and chart rankings are based on both physical and online sales, online streaming and radio play.
Sinach was also awarded for exceeding 1million subscribers on YouTube with a gold plague in March this year.
