Sista Afia denies inviting Tracy Shay on stage, promises detailed response
Ghanaian musician Sista Afia has addressed circulating social media reports claiming she personally invited a young lady, identified as Tracy Shay, onto the stage during her recent concert.
In a statement released following the incident, the award-winning singer firmly denied the claims, stressing that she had no knowledge of how or when the young lady accessed the stage.
According to Sista Afia, she did not personally invite Tracy Shay to join her during the performance, contrary to narratives being shared online through videos, stories, and write-ups.
The singer noted that her immediate priority remains the success of her 10th Anniversary Celebration in the music industry, which she described as a major milestone in her career.
She revealed that she is currently engaged in a series of meetings with her management and team to thoroughly review all aspects of the event.
Sista Afia assured the public that a comprehensive response addressing the matter will be released at the appropriate time after internal consultations are concluded.
Despite the controversy, the musician expressed deep gratitude to her fans, supporters, colleagues, sponsors, and the general public for the overwhelming love and support shown during the anniversary celebration.
