Worlasi unveils tracklist for April 13 'the.Rap.y' EP

Ghanaian singer-songwriter and rapper Worlasi has unveiled the tracklist for his much anticipated extended play (EP).
Called 'the.Rap.y', the project will be released on Thursday, April 13, 2023.
It packs seven tracks namely; Perfection, Luci, Jealousy, Who the F, Future Self, When I'm Gone and Abla's System (The Convo), the only song with guests (OB Amponsah and Lekzy, Kwame X, Yaa Baby & Francis A) on it.
Rap legend Sarkodie appears to have had a privileged prior listen to the tape and has not held himself back from heaping praise on Worlasi, his 2017 collaborator on 'Certified'.
Sarkodie, the Landlord, as he is affectionately called, Wednesday, likened Worlasi's musical aptitude to his role model and music mogul Kanye West's. He even called Worlasi Langani a magician who has overdosed on talent and relished enjoying 'the.Rap.y' ahead of its official release.
On 'the.Rap.y', Worlasi shows vulnerability, urging fans to seek recreational and professional help to deal with their respective distress and depression. He stresses the point on the curtain-closer; track 7.
Meanwhile, Monday, April 3, the multi-faceted creative modified the cover art for the EP pinning his late Grandmother's portrait to it.
"I don’t think I can ever be done with grieving my Grandmother," he remarked.
Also, the figures at the buffet table at the bottom of the cover have their faces blanked with dark circles unlike the previous depictions of wild and domestic animals and humanity.
