Yvonne Nelson: I was once pregnant for Sarkodie

Actress and movie producer Yvonne Nelson has made a surprising revelation.
According to Ms Nelson, some years back, she was pregnant "...and the man whose potent seed had germinated in me," was "Michael Owusu Addo" the Ghanaian rap superstar "better known as Sarkodie".
This was revealed in a book the movie star launched yesterday, Sunday, June 18, 2023, at an event overwhelmingly attended by industry bigwigs at the Peduase Valley Resort, Aburi, Eastern Region.
Yvonne Nelson further explained that even Sarkodie had "the potential to become one of the biggest artists in Ghana and beyond," at the time, his "success was not guaranteed" because "the future looked uncertain and his way through the maze of life still appeared too foggy to predict".
She added that the Tema-based rapper and businessman "was still living with his mother and was not ready to carry a burden while he was being carried by his mother".
Defining the nature of what was going on between her and Sarkodie, she said: "I wouldn't call what had developed between us a serious relationship."
"I liked his talent," she added. "We started talking and got close."
The story is told on page 89 of the book I Am Not Yvonne Nelson. See it below.
