Classfmonline.com apologises to MIFF CEO
Classfmonline.com hereby issues an unqualified apology to the Chief Executive Officer of the Minerals Income Investment Fund (MIIF), Mrs. Justina Nelson.
In a publication dated December 5, titled “MIIF CEO allegedly linked to attempted rewriting of signed audits,” we made certain statements that were defamatory and injurious to her reputation.
We regret the publication and any harm it may have caused to the person and image of Mrs. Nelson.
This apology follows a formal request from Mrs. Nelson’s lawyers, Beyuo & Co., calling on us to retract and apologise for the said publication.
We have since taken steps to comply and wish to make it clear that we did not intend to malign the CEO in any way.
Below is the said letter from her lawyers.![]()
