One dead in crash on Accra–Kumasi Highway
One person has died following a road crash involving a Toyota Voxy and a truck at Teacher Mantey along the Accra–Kumasi Highway.
Eyewitnesses said the Toyota Voxy reportedly crashed into a stationary truck parked along the roadside.
According to preliminary accounts, the driver of the vehicle was allegedly speeding before losing control and running into the truck.
The impact of the collision resulted in the death of one occupant, while details about other possible injuries are yet to be confirmed.
Authorities are expected to conduct further investigations to establish the exact cause of the accident.
