GA/R: Newborn baby stolen from Mamprobi Polyclinic
A heartbreaking incident occurred at Mamprobi Polyclinic in the Greater Accra Region this afternoon when a newborn baby was stolen from the facility.
According to eyewitnesses, a person was seen holding the baby and quickly making their way out of the hospital premises.
The suspect reportedly joined a waiting motorbike that was parked outside the hospital and sped away.
The police have been alerted and are currently searching for the suspect and the stolen baby.
The hospital has confirmed the incident and is working closely with the authorities to ensure the safe return of the baby.
The motive behind the theft is still unclear, but investigations are ongoing, a source told Classfmonline.com
