On Tuesday, August 8, 2023, Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia inaugurated a new classroom block and a state-of-the-art ICT center at Kwaboanta Presby Primary and Junior High School (JHS).

The establishment of these facilities was a result of his commitment to fulfilling a promise made during the Akuapem Presbytery's Centenary Anniversary celebration the previous year.

The inauguration ceremony was marked by Dr. Bawumia expressing his gratitude to the divine for the successful completion of the project.

He referred to the classroom block and ICT center as a lasting contribution he was proud to present to the Akuapem Presbytery, coinciding with their momentous 100th Anniversary.

Dr. Bawumia expressed his deep satisfaction with the fulfillment of his promise and the tangible impact it would have on the students and the community.

The fully-equipped ICT center is poised to equip students with essential digital skills, preparing them for the challenges of the modern world.
