LOSA 1998 to raise funds for the construction of a 20-seater ultra-modern toilet facility

The Labone Old Students Association (LOSA), the 1998-year group, will on Saturday, May 13 launch a fundraising campaign to aid the construction of an ultra-modern 20-seater toilet facility to mark the group’s 25th anniversary celebrations.
A member of the group, Madam Juliet Ayikoi, made this announcement on the Ghana Yensom show on Accra 100.5 FM hosted by Odeyeeba Kofi Essuman on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, saying that the gesture is to give back to the school.
“Building the ultra-modern toilet facility was a decision arrived at by the school's management to salvage the sorry state of the current toilet facilities being used by the students,” she added.
She explained that the fund-raising will start at 1.00 pm at the school’s premises in the plush Labone area of the Accra metropolis.
She noted that the 25th-anniversary celebration is on the theme: ‘Strengthening Our Foundation, Inspiring the Future’.
She called on professionals who are members of the 1998 group to support the agenda to better the lots of the students.
''It is the vision of the 1998-year group to support students of the school to fully participate in this year's National Science and Mathematics Quiz hence the decision to purchase some computers and accessories to assist the students in their quest to conquer NSMQ,” she added
