Verification of school choices for 2022 BECE candidates to end Jan 22

The Management of the Ghana Education Service (GES) has announced the verification of students’ school choices for awaiting Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) result candidates.
This forms part of the school placement exercise.
“This verification process is to ensure accuracy in students’ choice information before they are Placed in their selected Second Cycle schools,” the GES said in a statement.
The exercise which began on Saturday, 14 January 2023, will end on Sunday, 22 January 2023.
Meanwhile, the results for the 2022 BECE are expected to be released on Thursday, 19 January 2023.
