Your alma mater needs infrastructural support – Kumawu MP tells Tweneboa Kodua SHS old students

The Member of Parliament (MP) for the Kumawu Constituency in the Ashanti Region has called upon the alumni of Tweneboa Kodua Senior High School to provide support to their alma mater.
Mr Ernest Yaw Anim emphasised the pressing need for infrastructural improvements at the school due to its increased student population.
Addressing former students of the school during the inauguration of the Tweneboa Kodua Senior High School Old Students Association in North America, Mr. Anim underscored the importance of enhancing the school's image.
He pointed out several challenges faced by the school, including issues with the lighting system, the need for renovation of existing structures, and the inadequacy of facilities to accommodate the growing number of students.
Mr. Anim stated, "Now, it's crucial that we acknowledge some of the challenges the school is facing. With a growing student body, there are mounting concerns about inadequate infrastructure—be it staff bungalows, classroom furniture, or even beds for the students." He further highlighted deficiencies in sports facilities and the incomplete school wall.
The MP appealed to the alumni to take immediate action and support their alma mater, suggesting that financial contributions could directly contribute to the construction of additional classrooms and staff bungalows, improvements in the lighting system, and the provision of essential furniture for students.
He also mentioned the need for renovating existing structures, completing the school wall, and acquiring chairs for the Assembly Hall and additional sports equipment.
