A/R: Man, 42, found dead by hanging
A 42-year-old man has allegedly committed suicide by hanging at Ohwim in the Kumasi Metropolis of the Ashanti region.
The incident occurred on, Monday, May 17, 2021, around 12:30 pm.
The deceased, Kwame Boakye, was found hanging in his room with a sponge tied around his neck against the ceiling.
The body has since been conveyed by the police and deposited at the Komfo Anokye Teaching hospital morgue awaiting autopsy.
The Asuofua police have since commenced investigations into what drove him to his action.
