FixTheCountry Movement, a Democracy Hub initiative, has to clarified “Mr Ralphael Afful William, commonly known on social media as "Ralph" or "Fellow Ghanaians," is not a convener of our movement, contrary to media reports”.
This was in a statement signed by Democracy Hub Conveners, dated Tuesday, March 11, 2025.
“While Mr. Afful William has previously utilized our platforms to share messages that aligned with certain aspects of our vision, his recent activities, actions and public statements have diverged significantly from the core principles, strategic direction, and collective decision-making processes that guide our movement,” the statement noted.
“The FixTheCountry Movement operates as a collective with established structures and shared values. We wish to emphasize that Mr. Afful William's recent public statements and activities do not represent the official position of the FixTheCountry Movement, nor were they sanctioned by us.”
“We remain committed to our principles of advocating for good governance, social justice, and meaningful economic reforms through peaceful, non-violent and constructive civic engagement,” the statement concluded.
