ECG gets new MD

The Electricity Company of Ghana has announced the appointment of Mr Samuel Dubik Mahama as its new Managing Director.
Mr Dubik Mahama’s appointment takes effect from today, Monday, 16 May 2022.
He was appointed by the Board of Directors of the ECG.
Mr Dubik Mahama was a Board Member of the ECG, before his appointment.
He is an astute legal practitioner, a solicitor in the energy sector and a former law lecturer.
A statement issued by the company on Sunday, 15 May 2022, said: “The Board of Directors wishes to thank Mr Kwame Agyeman-Budu for his service and all the best in his future endeavours.”
