GA/R: Tipper truck crashes into Tema-Ashaiman toll booth

A tipper truck loaded with sand with registration number GN 1915-21 has crashed into the Tema-Ashaiman toll both in the Greater Accra Region.
According to C/Supt. Emmanuel Asante, who happens to be the Tema MTTD Commander, the tipper truck has damaged the toll booth but no death was recorded.
He added that it is only the driver and his mate who were involved in the accident.
Chief Superintendent Asante noted that the two men have been admitted to the Tema General Hospital for treatment and are in stable condition.
He advised drivers to be patient on the roads and be mindful of hawkers selling on the street.
