KIA VVIP lounge closed down for 2 weeks for restructuring

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration has announced the temporary closure of the VVIP lounge at the Kotoka International Airport (KIA) in Accra.
The lounge will remain closed for two weeks, effective today, Tuesday, 31 January 2023.
“The aim of this new directive is to enable restructuring of the lounge for efficient travel and to meet international standards,” the Ministry of Foreign Affairs revealed in a statement.
The Ministry, therefore, encouraged “users of the Lounge to patronise the Commercial Important Person (CIP) Lounge and the Business Lounge at Terminal 3.”
