No GHS16K paid to 5 external auditors by us – ZoDF

The Zongo Development Fund (ZoDF) has denied paying a total amount of GHS16,000 to some five external auditors.
An internal memo had indicated that the amount was allocated to the auditors as Eid al-Adha allowance.
However, a statement signed by the management of the Fund, copied to ClassFMonline.com, said: “We would like to state emphatically that the story is inaccurate and has cast a slur on our reputation”.
“We will also like to place on record that no such payment has been made by the Zongo Development Fund as the story alleged”, the management emphasised.
It added: “We would be most grateful if you can correct and amend the earlier story, and also publish our response to set the records straight”.
