Perez Chapel International elects new officers

The Founder and Prelate of the Perez Chapel International, Archbishop Charles Agyinasare stepped down as Presiding Bishop at age 60 in 2022.
He had held the position from 1991 when he was consecrated a Presiding Bishop by the late Archbishop Malachi Ramsay.
The church has a presence in over 25 countries.
Archbishop Agyinasare stepped down for Bishop Ohene Benjamin Aboagye, one of his founding members from Tamale, where PCI started.
Bishop Ohene became the Presiding Bishop in 2022.
He had risen through the ranks from praise and worship leader, cell leader, first Pastor raised in the church to Administrative Bishop, and finally Presiding Bishop.
As a former teacher, he believes in systems and structures.
The three years of his leadership have seen a strengthening of the administrative structures of the Church.
He has come to the end of his term of service and the Church is blessed to have had him lead us.
At the last Episcopal Council meeting of the church, a new Presiding Bishop was elected and ratified unanimously by the General Council.
Bishop Raymond Kumah Acquah has been elected to serve as the new Presiding Bishop of the Perez Chapel International.
He got saved in the Founder's ministry in the year 1997.
He has pastored several PCI branches and planted churches in 6 francophone countries.
Bishop Acquah was the former Resident Pastor at the Perez Dome. He is the immediate past Administrative Bishop and also Bishop of the Zoeland Cathedral.
A graduate of the Church’s Bible School, Miracle Ministerial College (later Perez Ministerial College now part of Perez University College).
He is a Political Science graduate of the University of Ghana and an International Relations Masters Student.
He is married to Rev Mrs Marilyn Dzifa Acquah and they are blessed with three sons.
Bishop Dr Selasie Agyinasare has also been elected the Administrative Bishop of the church.
He grew up in the church and was part of the boys' brigade and the youth church.
He served as the Presiding Elder of the Church of Pentecost in Kiev, Ukraine where he planted 3 churches.
He later became the youth Pastor of the Perez Dome after his medical housemanship, where he led the youth to plant several churches.
He is currently the Auxiliary Bishop at the Perez Dome and the National Youth Pastor.
He is a graduate of Bohomolet National Medical University, O.O. Bohomolets, Kiev, Ukraine and holds a Masters in Management from the University of Ghana, Legon.
He is married to Mrs. Emmanuella Agyinasare and they are blessed with 2 daughters and a boy.
The Co-founder, Rev. Mrs. Vivian Agyinasare, on behalf of the Executive Council of the Church, thanked the outgoing Presiding Bishop for his stellar service to the Church and the body of Christ in general.
She has also admonished the incoming Presiding and Administrative Bishops to serve with the heart of Christ and love for the congregation as she wished them the Lord's guidance in their new roles.
