Six months NSS volunteer recruitment coming

The National Service Scheme (NSS) has initiated a six-month volunteer recruitment drive for National Service graduates and unemployed youth.
The move according to the NSS is in response to numerous applications from the youth to tackle unemployment.
The programme will focus on areas such as sanitation, teaching, agriculture, health, and other sectors supporting environmental health and sustainable development.
The NSS in a statement said an online application system will soon be available on its website to streamline the selection process.
The NSS further encouraged the public to spread awareness of this opportunity and offer guidance to potential candidates.
