2020 polls: EC begins payment of officials

The Electoral Commission of Ghana has commenced the payment of officials who worked on the 2020 presidential and parliamentary elections.
According to the election management body, the payment is in batches because of the numbers involved.
“All officials should be rest assured that the Commission will pay them”, a memo from the deputy chairman to all regional directors stated.
