Dec. 7 polls: No ‘skirt and blouse’ voting – NDC warns supporters

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has warned its supporters and the general public against voting "skirt and blouse" in the upcoming general elections.
In a Facebook post, Mr. Eric Adjei, Deputy Campaign Spokesperson for Prof. Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang, revealed that many New Patriotic Party (NPP) Parliamentary Candidates are focusing on themselves rather than their flagbearer, a tactic he described as a "mischievous act" designed to deceive voters.
"I have travelled to many places across the country with the Vice Presidential Candidate of the NDC, Prof Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang.
My observation is that many of the NPP Parliamentary Candidates are campaigning in a 'skirt and blouse' manner, focusing on themselves rather than their flagbearer," Adjei stated.
Mr. Adjei urged supporters to cast their ballots for both John Mahama, the NDC's Presidential Candidate, and the party's Parliamentary Candidate in their Constituencies.
He also cautioned against being swayed by vote-buying tactics, such as the distribution of expired rice, money, clothing, and other items.
The Deputy Campaign Spokesperson expressed confidence that God will deliver victory to the NDC, saying "I know for sure that the living God we serve will speak on Saturday."
As the election season heats up, Mr. Eric Adjei's warning serves as a reminder to voters to make informed decisions and reject attempts to manipulate the electoral process.
By voting wisely, Ghanaians can ensure that their voices are heard and their interests represented.
