FAKS Award: NDC congratulates Sam George
The Ningo-Prampram Constituency of the main opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Greater Accra Region has congratulated its Member of Parliament (MP), Mr Sam George, for winning the FAKS Investigative Service’s award for the overall best MP for the year 2021.
The Ningo-Prampram NDC, in a congratulatory statement, dated 14 January 2022, signed by Constituency Chairman Enoch Kwame Nortey, said the way of accomplishment is constantly extreme and the individuals who are constantly prepared to take challenges and have the boldness to prevail upon it, are just those granted these accomplishments.
“We compliment you as you have such an identity, especially as demonstrated in your fight against LGBTQIAA+ in our country”.
“Your dexterity and ability to relentlessly search for solutions to problems of your constituents and the nation as a whole is highly recognised by all and sundry,” the statement said.
According to the statement, it was not surprising that “you were previously honoured in a similar fashion by U.S Congressman Danny K. Davies, among other well-deserved awards. Indeed, you overcame many obstacles in achieving this height.”
“Living with a desire is extremely troublesome and we praise you for making this troublesome thing simpler with your engaging personality and an unyielding soul,” the statement added.
The NDC noted that Ghanaians have such a strong abhorrence to the same and are ready to reject it in no uncertain terms and thanked the lawmaker for being the lead advocate.
“Your quote ‘God created Adam and Eve and not Adam and Steve’ shall remain on the minds of people for decades if not centuries to come,” the statement expressed.
The party prayed that the lawmaker never restricts himself with lacking; rather, “we hope that you break the limits and advance higher in the coming years.”
The NDC assured Mr George of its unflinching support in his every endeavour.
