John Mahama Kicks off Western Region campaign tour

The flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama, is set to begin a campaign tour of the Western Region today, November 25, 2024, as part of his final push for support ahead of the December 7 general election.
With just 12 days remaining until the election, Mahama’s three-day tour will conclude on Wednesday, November 27, 2024.
His visit will commence with a courtesy call on the Western Regional House of Chiefs, where he will seek their blessings for his campaign.
Following his meeting with the chiefs, Mahama is scheduled to engage with religious leaders across the region. He will also tour several constituencies, including Wassa East, Shama, Essikado-Ketan, Sekondi, Effia, Kwesimintsim, and Takoradi, where he will meet with voters to share his vision and canvass for votes.
This tour comes on the heels of Mahama’s recent five-day visit to the Eastern Region, where he interacted with party supporters and urged voters to back the NDC in the upcoming election.
