Kojo Frempong announces scholarship package for Banda youth

Sports presenter and aspiring Member of Parliament for Wenchi Constituency in the Bono Region, Boafoɔ Kojo Frempong has announced a scholarship package for the youth of Banda while addressing attendees at the annual Kurubi festival, held at Imam Siedu Park in Banda Jorgorya.
The festival, a significant event in the community, celebrates the rich cultural heritage of the Banda people.
During his address, Mr. Frempong announced a new scholarship package aimed at benefitting 40 young individuals within the Banda Community.
This initiative is part of his "Making Wenchi Great Again" agenda, which seeks to enhance the standard of education in the Wenchi Constituency.
“The scholarship package is designed to support the educational aspirations of our youth, ensuring that financial barriers do not hinder their academic progress,” stated Mr. Frempong.
The announcement was met with enthusiastic applause from the gathering.
Mr Frempong was accompanied by key members of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), including the constituency secretary, the Nasara Coordinator, and other party functionaries
