NPP: Kwesi Nyantakyi picks forms for Ejisu primaries
The former President of the Ghana Football Association, Mr Kwesi Nyantakyi, has picked a nomination form to contest the internal parliamentary race of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Ejisu Constituency.
The form was picked by his supporters led by his Aide, Mr Solomon Ofosu Ware, at the party's constituency office.
The governing NPP opened nominations today, Tuesday, 2 April 2024 for interested party members after the death of the Member of Parliament for the area, John Kumah.
Speaking to the media, Mr Fosu-Ware said Mr Nyantakyi is the only person who can wear the shoes of the late MP and Deputy Finance Minister.
He, therefore, expressed confidence in Mr Nyantakyi and called on delegates to vote for him to lead the constituency.
