NPP South Korea Chairman applauds Bawumia for selecting Opoku Prempeh as running mate

Mr. Richard Zinleri, Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) South Korea Branch, has commended the flag bearer of the governing NPP, Dr. Alhaji Mahamudu Bawumia, for selecting Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh as the Vice- Vice-Presidential Candidate for the upcoming December general elections.
Mr. Zinleri expressed that choosing the current Energy Minister and Member of Parliament (MP) for Manhyia South was a commendable decision.
He believes that Dr. Bawumia and Dr. Opoku Prempeh are two astute politicians who form a strong team, poised to secure an outright victory for the NPP in their bid for a third term under the Fourth Republic in Ghana.
Following the National Executive Committee (NEC) decision, Mr. Zinleri stated that the Korea branch of the party fully endorsed and congratulated the NEC and the party grassroots for such a strategic pairing.
On behalf of the Korea branch, Mr. Zinleri encouraged all party members both in the diaspora and in Ghana to engage in an intense campaign to ensure victory.
He affirmed that the decision was long overdue and described it as the perfect choice for the upcoming December polls.
"This is a perfect and solid pair. It is possible with Bawumia and NAPO," he emphasized.
Mr. Richard Zinleri is a notable Ghanaian businessman and International Development Cooperation Practitioner based in South Korea.
He serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ghana Korea Trading Company Limited, which offers various services including overseas export, foreign trade business, container shoring, and freight forwarding.
He spoke in an interview on Accra-based Oman FM ahead of the unveiling in the Ashanti Regional capital
