NSA Board Chairman pledges support for stronger campus mobilisation for TEIN
The Board Chairman of the National Service Authority (NSA), Mr. Okai Mintah, has held discussions with executives of the Tertiary Education Institutions Network (TEIN), the student wing of the National Democratic Congress(NDC) at the University of Education, Winneba (UEW), as part of efforts to strengthen student leadership and political engagement on campuses.
The meeting, which took place in the Central Region, provided a platform for interaction between the NSA Board Chairman and the student leaders on the role of TEIN chapters in mobilising young people and sustaining active participation in campus-based political activities.
Mr. Mintah commended the executives for their commitment and noted that vibrant TEIN chapters remain critical to energising student leadership and reinforcing the party’s presence within tertiary institutions.
He encouraged the group to remain focused on building a stronger and more effective network that can positively influence the university community.
In his additional role as Chairman of the National Youth Working Committee, Mr. Mintah reaffirmed his support for the initiatives of the UEW TEIN chapter and pledged to work closely with the executives to keep the organisation dynamic, relevant, and impactful.
