CAF Confed. Cup: Akufo-Addo presents GHS1m to Hearts of Oak

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has donated an amount of GHS1,000,000 to Accra Hearts of Oak.
The donation is to assist the country’s current league champions in their preparation toward participation in the CAF Confederation Cup.
Speaking during a visit of the club’s delegation to the Jubilee House, President Akufo-Addo wished the team well in their confederation cup campaign.
He further assured them of his support despite being a die-hard Asante Kotoko fan.
President Akufo-Addo noted that a win for the team will mean a win for the entire country.
The first leg is scheduled to be played on Friday, 26 November and Sunday, 28 November 2021.
The return leg will be played on 3 December 2021 and Sunday, 5 December 2021.
Hearts of Oak have been drawn against Algeria’s JS Saoura.
