Hasaacas Ladies book place in CAF champions league finals
Hassacas ladies are through to the final of the maiden CAF Women's Champions League after a 2-1 win over Morocco giants, ASFAR at the Al Salam Stadium.
Goals from Doris Boaduwaa and Evelyn Badu saw the team become the first to book a spot in the final after a missed penalty by Perpetual Agyekum.
After an impressive performance at the heart of defence for Hasaacas ladies, Janet Egyir emerged as the TotalEnergies woman of the match.
The Ghanaian side remains unbeaten in this campaign after recording a 3-1 win over Malabo Kings in their first game and scoring three goals pass As Mande in the second game.
Hasaacas Ladies shared points in a two all draw with Wadi Delga, which secured their first position in the group.
The final match of the CAF Women’s Champions League will see Hassacas Ladies of Ghana face Mamelodi Sundowns of South Africa.
