Gospel musician Diana Antwi Hamilton has weighed in on the ongoing conversations surrounding rapper Kwesi Arthur’s reported management dispute, saying her personal experience in the music industry has been markedly different.

Speaking candidly on the issue, the award-winning singer noted that while such disputes appear common in the entertainment space, she cannot relate due to the long-standing and stable relationship she has maintained with her own management team.

“We hear this a lot. Unfortunately, I cannot relate, and I’ll tell you why,” she said.

“I have had the same management team for this long. I have been with my manager for 27 years.”

According to the gospel star, consistency and trust have played a significant role in her career journey.

She explained that beyond her local team, she has also worked with the same international management structure for over a decade.

“My management team, Europe-wise and worldwide, I have worked with them for 15 years,” she added.

Diana Antwi Hamilton further highlighted the role of her manager, Uncle Charles, describing his personal commitment and hands-on approach to her career.

“My manager, Uncle Charles, will say, ‘Let me put a signature to it, to stake to it,’ and it helped till now,” she stated.

While she acknowledged the ongoing discussions about Kwesi Arthur’s situation, the singer admitted she is unsure what triggered the dispute but believes the systems and structures she has put in place over the years have worked effectively for her.

“I don’t know what sparked this conversation. However, I know why I cannot relate. Maybe the things I have been putting in place have been working so far,” she said.

Her remarks add to the broader conversation about the importance of strong management relationships and proper structures in sustaining long-term success in the music industry.
