Imani Impressionz’s MD Sheriff Ayew makes 40Under40Awards list

The Managing Director of Imani Impressionz, Mr. Sheriff Ayew, has been nominated for an award in the Family Business category of the 2021 40Under40Awards event.
The graduate of Ashesi University College has been at the helm of Imani Impressionz, a family business that has grown over the years, to become a leader in the printing and branding industry in Ghana.
Under Mr. Ayew’s leadership, Imani Impressionz won its first award as the Prints and Brands Company of the Year at the just-ended Marketing World Award held in July 2021.

Under him, Imani Impressionz strategically positioned its brands which, in turn, translated into an increase in transactions and consequently growth of about 60 per cent.
Mr. Ayew believes the future of every endeavour lies in technology and, thus, started his own tech company, which has, within three years, developed and managed apps for telecommunication companies in Ghana.
Apart from impacting the tech and corporate worlds with his expertise, Mr. Ayew also finds ways to positively impact the society around him by giving back to society.
The Sheriff Ayew Community Projects, an initiative founded by him, is one of the means by which Mr. Ayew uses to give a helping hand to the less-privileged, organises communal cleanups and offer leadership mentoring to the youth.
He also mentors schoolchildren in partnership with the Hoplite Foundation, an NGO. Under an initiative known as Living Waters, which provides home care for children living with HIV, Mr. Ayew pays the school fees and takes care of one of such children.
He believes corporate success must directly impact humanity, thus, his philanthropy.
His guiding principle has always been that in order to be number one, one has to be different.
