Speaking at the 2025 Yango Partner Conference, he emphasised the importance of diligence and humility in all aspects of their work.
According to Mr. Ayariga, these values are essential for building strong relationships with customers and enhancing the overall reputation of the company.
The 2025 Yango Partner Conference, held at the National Theatre, is an annual event designed to celebrate and recognise the contributions of Yango’s partners and couriers.
The conference brings together key stakeholders in the delivery service industry, providing a platform for networking, knowledge sharing, and acknowledging outstanding performance.
This year’s edition focused on rewarding the hard work and dedication of couriers who have consistently demonstrated excellence in their roles.
Mr. Ayariga stressed that customer satisfaction is at the heart of any successful business, particularly in the competitive logistics sector.
He urged couriers to approach their work with a sense of humility, patience, and attentiveness, noting that even small acts of professionalism can significantly impact customer loyalty.
“Every interaction with a customer is an opportunity to build trust and strengthen the relationship,” he remarked.
In addition to motivating the couriers, the CEO highlighted the role of partnerships in driving the success of delivery services.
He acknowledged the collaborative efforts of all partners in ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Mr. Ayariga encouraged continued collaboration and a shared commitment to service excellence, which he said would benefit both the company and its customers.
