Newmont Goldcorp announces $0.14 quarterly dividend per share

Newmont Goldcorp Corporation (NYSE: NEM, TSX: NGT) has announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.14 per share of common stock, payable on 27 December 2019, to holders of record at the close of business on 5 December 2019.
The declaration and payment of future quarterly dividends, according to a statement from Newmont Goldcorp, remains at the discretion of the Board of Directors and will depend on the Company's financial results, cash requirements, future prospects and other factors deemed relevant by the Board.
