Passion Air suspends flights to Ho over fuel price hike, fallen cedi

Passion Air has suspended flights to Ho in the Volta Region.
The airline’s decision comes on the back of hikes in fuel prices and the depreciation of the cedi.
According to the airline, there has been low patronage of the flight to Ho but that did not inform its decision to suspend the flights.
However, a hike in fuel prices and the depreciation of the cedi has contributed to its decision to suspend its flights to Ho.
Passion Air, which has been operating domestically in Ghana since 2018, began flying to Ho in December 2021.
