Cookie Tee named CEO of Nineteen57 events
Renowned Ghanaian media personality and philanthropist, Shirley E. F. Tibilla, popularly known as Cookie Tee, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Nineteen57 Events, the creative powerhouse behind the iconic Rhythms On Da Runway fashion and music showcase.
The announcement marks a major milestone for the events company, signalling a bold new direction under the leadership of one of Ghana’s most celebrated media figures.

Widely admired for her dynamic presence on screen and stage, Cookie Tee brings a rich background in media, entertainment, and social impact to her new role.
A graduate of the University of Ghana with a degree in Theatre Arts and Political Science, she has earned national acclaim as co-host of TV3’s flagship morning show New Day and has anchored major events such as the 3Music Awards, Ghana Club 100 Awards, and the RTP Awards.
Beyond her media career, Cookie Tee is the founder of Mabel’s Angels Foundation, a non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering underprivileged youth through education and mentorship.
